Simple: Flat-rates assure what your final charge with be: no hidden fees for your computer repair. What does this include? Everything from repairing your machine to hard drive upgrades and/or RAM (memory) upgrades. The only item our flat-rate for apple repair doesn’t cover is the cost of parts (if necessary). You can provide your own parts, or we offer at-cost parts as well. If parts are too expensive to complete the repair, you are only charged our $49.99 diagnostic rate.
